The challenge was great and involved structuring a secure, scalable online donation operation that could withstand a high volume of accesses. That's where Uappi came in, an intelligent e-commerce platform with over 18 years' experience in technology and performance.

The challenge: to mobilize a nation, digitally

The campaign was born with a clear objective: to engage the Fiel Torcida to help pay off Arena Corinthians' debt of around R$ 710 million. The proposal was simple in concept, but challenging in execution: create an online environment that allows any fan to make a donation via Pix, safely, quickly and transparently.

With high traffic expectations and wide visibility in the media and social networks, the campaign required more than just a functional website, it was necessary to build a robust digital operation, with a total focus on the user experience and security against fraud.

  • structured conversion funnel, guiding the fan from intention to the end of the donation smoothly.

 

In addition, Uappi actively participated in the strategic planning, helping the campaign's operational team to map out a clear, emotional and reliable user journey that would convert hits into real contributions.

The response from the fans was immediate. On the first day of the campaign, the website received an impressive volume of simultaneous hits. The numbers speak for themselves:

  • +10 million of reals transferred and +230 thousand transactions generated;
  • +120 transactions per minute, i.e. 2 transactions per second;
  • +2 million simultaneous accesses in the first 10 minutes of the campaign.

Less than two months into the campaign, fundraising has exceeded the R$ 38 millionThis was a historic achievement, driven by technology that managed to keep the operation stable, transparent and safe throughout the journey.
